How to Place an Order on this Clearance Site: To initiate your order, please use the contact form. Include your name, address, daytime phone number and the items you would like to purchase. Please do not divulge credit card information on the form, as it is presently unsecured. Once your order has been received, we will send you a confirmation email with your invoice number and total, and our toll free number for completing payment. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We do not offer COD as a payment option. If you would like to pay by cashiers check, please indicate this on the contact form, and we will provide you with appropriate instructions. We appreciate your patience while we work on integrating the Clearance House with the secured online payment processing system of our main site. All prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes, duty, or shipping. Taxes in Canada: For residents of British Columbia, both GST and PST may be applicable to your order. Bicycle parts and accessories are PST exempt, however merchandise such as clothing, media, nutrition, computers etc. are not. For all other residents of Canada, only the GST will be charged, when applicable. Taxes in the United States: There are no Canadian taxes charged on orders to the US, however there may be duties levied in transit. Standard shipments will be made FOB Vancouver, B.C., in which case applicable duties will not be included on your invoice, and you will be solely responsible for arranging payment through the courier. For our American clients we do offer a Customs clearing service twice monthly, when we take responsibility for clearing your order through US customs. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please indicate so on the contact form, and we will include the applicable tariff charge in your invoice. This service itself is provided free of charge. Shipping: All standard shipments are made FOB Vancouver, B.C., via Canada Post Ground service. For our American clients who choose to take advantage of our Customs clearing service, shipments will be made FOB Blaine, WA. If you would like to arrange for express shipping, please indicate so on the contact form when placing your order. Inventory condition: Because inventory listed in the Clearance House is sometimes as much as several years old, a small degree of wear from storage is to be expected. Generally this includes minor nicks to paint. If there is anything more serious that affects the condition of the product, we will make this clear on the product listing. Accuracy: While we maintain our best efforts to ensure the accuracy of this site, our ability to describe any given product may be impaired by factors such as poor picture quality, misrepresented information from the manufacturer, mid-cycle product updates, varying color monitor settings, or similar discrepancies between listed and final product. We encourage our clients to independently verify that the items listed are indeed the items desired. CampioneCycles.com makes no guarantee as to the representation of product color, weight, or style for any product on this site. Returns: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, defective or damaged item) we will refund the return shipping cost at Ground Post rates and replace these items free of charge. These items must be received before replacements will be shipped. All returns must be shipped within 14 days of the original delivery date. Because the inventory listed in the Clearance House is heavily discounted, we charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns made within this time, and goods must be returned in their original shipping condition. Warranty: CampioneCycles.com makes no warranty on the life or function of any product beyond that provided by the manufacturer and as prescribed under Canadian law. For products with manufacturer offices or representatives in the US and Canada, we encourage our clients to deal directly with those offices, and will provide support in the form of documentation of sale. Please be aware that some inventory listed in the Clearance House is no longer covered by manufacturer warranty, or the manufacturer may no longer be in business.
